Sunset Curve
There is absolutely no hesitation in this purchase decision. The final days of my loyal 8800 have officially arrived.
I am so bold.
It takes a lot to get me giddy - you know, “giddy like a school girl.” But oh my, the official (finally!) announcement of the Blackberry Bold today really did it. Although I’m still waiting on the BB touch-screen device, this puppy should manage to hold me over. For now, at least. The bummer, though, of the whole thing, is that stupid AT&T is getting exclusive rights to the sexy little thing. RIM promises that other carriers will follow suit quickly. I can only hope (T-Mo is normally second in line for new RIM models).
Jman - the definitive spokesperson for the Blackerry brand - is currently in a state of primal outrage. According to an earlier text, he actually may plan to destruct AT&T and all of its assets pending its exclusive launch. Overreacting? No.
Hey, in a world of Apple lovers, somebody has to show some love to RIM.
The moving process continues in full stride. My action figures (hey, they’re limited edition, so shut up), my Logitech speakers (making the move from my 360 to my PC), and my ginormous (sic) geek text books are all packed away and ready to go. Next items on the checklist: stuff Chrissy knows about that I don’t, my DVD collection, and my car…
The Honda Civic is a sweet, little ride.
I will be receiving The Wunsch Foundation Award from the Fox School of Business and Management on Wednesday. I was personally nominated by Richard Lancioni, the chairman of Fox’s marketing department.
